May – all Sundays and Mondays prior to production dates
   Access – Saturday 13 May all day from 9.30

   Sunday 14, Monday 15, Tuesday 16, Thursday 18, Friday 19 and
   Saturday 20 all from 6.00pm.
   Sunday 21 De-rig Day
June - Mondays for post production and play readings
July – First two Mondays
August, September, October Sundays and Mondays for casting and rehearsing
November - Reserve production week (W.C. 30 October)
   Access – Saturday 28 October all day from 9.30
   Sunday 29 Oct, Monday 30, Tuesday 31, Thursday 2 Nov, Friday 3 and
   Saturday 4th all from 6.00pm
   Sunday 5 November for Derig
   All remaining Mondays in November for feedback meeting and play readings
December – No activity

Unless otherwise stated Sunday bookings will start at 6.30pm, Mondays at 7.00pm, half an hour before rehearsals.  Do not come earlier on Mondays as the Dancing school sessions do not finish until 7.00pm.   Also be aware that the committee room is a changing room for the dancers and also a waiting room for parents, so MP equipment should be cleared from there after each rehearsal.
